Senza un consenso informato valido (Informed Consent), anche un intervento eseguito a regola d'arte costituisce giuridicamente una lesione personale. Il paziente deve avere sufficiente fiducia per poter porre tutte le domande. Le risposte fornite dal medico devono soddisfare completamente.  <\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-502b344 e-con e-atomic-element e-div-block-base content-768 padding-0 content-center e-502b344-bc392b5 \" data-id=\"502b344\" data-element_type=\"e-div-block\" data-e-type=\"e-div-block\" data-interaction-id=\"502b344\" data-e-type=\"e-div-block\" data-id=\"502b344\">\n    \t\t\t<h3 data-interaction-id=\"364721a\" class=\"heading-jakarta-30-600 e-heading-base\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"364721a\">Lo svolgimento generale dell'informazione prima di un intervento<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"paragraph-inter-18-400 e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"8f02bea\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"8f02bea\">Un'informazione giuridicamente valida deve soddisfare determinati criteri formali e di contenuto:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5e9ceee elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5e9ceee\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li><strong style=\"color: #122b49; font-weight: 600;\">Il colloquio personale:<\/strong><br\/>L&#8217;informazione deve avvenire in linea di principio tramite colloquio personale con il medico curante (o un rappresentante qualificato). La semplice consegna di opuscoli informativi o video non \u00e8 sufficiente, questi servono solo come supporto. <\/li><li><strong style=\"color: #122b49; font-weight: 600;\">Tempestivit\u00e0:<\/strong><br\/>Il paziente deve essere informato tempestivamente \u2013 ci\u00f2 significa che deve avere tempo sufficiente per riflettere per valutare i pro e i contro. Per interventi elettivi (programmati) questo dovrebbe avvenire almeno un giorno prima dell&#8217;intervento. Idealmente ancora prima.  <\/li><li><strong style=\"color: #122b49; font-weight: 600;\">Comprensibilit\u00e0:<\/strong><br\/>L&#8217;informazione deve avvenire in un linguaggio comprensibile per il profano (rinunciando a termini medici specialistici incomprensibili). In caso di barriere linguistiche deve essere eventualmente coinvolto un interprete. <\/li><li><strong style=\"color: #122b49; font-weight: 600;\">Documentazione<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cec23fb e-con e-atomic-element e-div-block-base content-768 padding-0 content-center e-cec23fb-47bc315 \" data-id=\"cec23fb\" data-element_type=\"e-div-block\" data-e-type=\"e-div-block\" data-interaction-id=\"cec23fb\" data-e-type=\"e-div-block\" data-id=\"cec23fb\">\n    \t\t\t<h3 data-interaction-id=\"36d482c\" class=\"heading-jakarta-30-600 e-heading-base\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"36d482c\">I quattro contenuti essenziali dell'informazione al paziente<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"paragraph-inter-18-400 e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"593bb12\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"593bb12\">Ogni colloquio informativo deve obbligatoriamente coprire le seguenti quattro aree:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-06hj8a6 e-con e-atomic-element e-div-block-base e-48528ce-ffbcb55 padding-20 padding-24 \" data-id=\"06hj8a6\" data-element_type=\"e-div-block\" data-e-type=\"e-div-block\" data-interaction-id=\"48528ce\" data-e-type=\"e-div-block\" data-id=\"06hj8a6\">\n    \t\t\t<h4 data-interaction-id=\"12045bd\" class=\"heading-jakarta-18-700 e-heading-base\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"1vgt5ut\">1. Diagnosi e finalit\u00e0 (informazione sull'indicazione)<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"paragraph-inter-18-400 e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"e47e25c\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"0mgiaye\">Al paziente deve essere spiegato in modo comprensibile quale malattia o quale referto \u00e8 presente e perch\u00e9 la misura proposta (sia essa un'operazione, una terapia o una medicazione) \u00e8 medicalmente sensata e necessaria. Devono essere illustrate anche le conseguenze di un mancato trattamento. <\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0ryr921 e-con e-atomic-element e-div-block-base e-48528ce-ffbcb55 padding-20 padding-24 \" data-id=\"0ryr921\" data-element_type=\"e-div-block\" data-e-type=\"e-div-block\" data-interaction-id=\"48528ce\" data-e-type=\"e-div-block\" data-id=\"0ryr921\">\n    \t\t\t<h4 data-interaction-id=\"12045bd\" class=\"heading-jakarta-18-700 e-heading-base\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"0o0cnma\">2. Svolgimento e rischi (informazione sul decorso e sui rischi)<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"paragraph-inter-18-400 e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"e47e25c\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"1fo9irl\">Svolgimento: Come si svolge esattamente l'intervento o la terapia? Cosa aspetta il paziente? <br><br>Rischi: Si deve informare sui rischi tipici, specifici e anche su rischi rari ma gravi (ad es. paralisi, infezioni, morte) che potrebbero essere rilevanti per la decisione.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-14cg8ur e-con e-atomic-element e-div-block-base e-48528ce-ffbcb55 padding-20 padding-24 \" data-id=\"14cg8ur\" data-element_type=\"e-div-block\" data-e-type=\"e-div-block\" data-interaction-id=\"48528ce\" data-e-type=\"e-div-block\" data-id=\"14cg8ur\">\n    \t\t\t<h4 data-interaction-id=\"12045bd\" class=\"heading-jakarta-18-700 e-heading-base\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"1725p7c\">3. Alternative (informazione sulle alternative)<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"paragraph-inter-18-400 e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"e47e25c\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"14y68wb\">Esistono altri metodi medicalmente sensati che portano a un obiettivo simile, ma comportano altri rischi o oneri? Il medico non deve solo promuovere il suo metodo preferito, ma deve presentare in modo equo le alternative reali (ad es. terapia conservativa vs. operativa). <\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0k5ou34 e-con e-atomic-element e-div-block-base e-48528ce-ffbcb55 padding-20 padding-24 \" data-id=\"0k5ou34\" data-element_type=\"e-div-block\" data-e-type=\"e-div-block\" data-interaction-id=\"48528ce\" data-e-type=\"e-div-block\" data-id=\"0k5ou34\">\n    \t\t\t<h4 data-interaction-id=\"12045bd\" class=\"heading-jakarta-18-700 e-heading-base\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"079siqj\">4. Punti importanti per il comportamento (informazione di sicurezza)<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"paragraph-inter-18-400 e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"e47e25c\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"0pczklk\">Rientrano qui le indicazioni comportamentali per il paziente, per non compromettere il successo della guarigione (ad es. digiuno prima dell'intervento, assunzione di farmaci, divieto di guidare, periodi di riposo).<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-398dc9b e-con e-atomic-element e-div-block-base content-768 padding-0 content-center e-398dc9b-9c9ff8b \" data-id=\"398dc9b\" data-element_type=\"e-div-block\" data-e-type=\"e-div-block\" data-interaction-id=\"398dc9b\" data-e-type=\"e-div-block\" data-id=\"398dc9b\">\n    \t\t\t<h3 data-interaction-id=\"0abf8dd\" class=\"heading-jakarta-30-600 e-heading-base\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"0abf8dd\">Particolarit\u00e0 negli interventi di medicina del dolore<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a99507b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a99507b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La medicina del dolore (ad es. infiltrazioni, blocchi nervosi, iniezioni epidurali o l&#8217;impianto di pompe antidolorifiche \/ stimolatori midollari) assume un ruolo particolare nell&#8217;informazione. Poich\u00e9 si tratta spesso di interventi elettivi (interventi su richiesta per il miglioramento della qualit\u00e0 di vita, nessun pericolo di vita acuto), i requisiti sulla profondit\u00e0 dell&#8217;informazione sono particolarmente elevati. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-081121a e-con e-atomic-element e-div-block-base e-081121a-6b66ded padding-0 \" data-id=\"081121a\" data-element_type=\"e-div-block\" data-e-type=\"e-div-block\" data-interaction-id=\"081121a\" data-e-type=\"e-div-block\" data-id=\"081121a\">\n    \t\t\t<h4 data-interaction-id=\"31030ac\" class=\"heading-jakarta-20-700 e-31030ac-20ad0c9 margin-top-12 e-heading-base\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"31030ac\">Rischi specifici in primo piano<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-47a010c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"47a010c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Nelle terapie interventistiche del dolore (ad es. iniezioni vicino alla colonna vertebrale) si deve informare su rischi molto specifici a causa della vicinanza al sistema<br\/>nervoso:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e67957c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e67957c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li><strong style=\"color: #122b49; font-weight: 600;\">Lesioni nervose:<\/strong><br\/>parestesie indotte dalla terapia, fenomeni di paralisi.<\/li><li><strong style=\"color: #122b49; font-weight: 600;\">Infezioni:<\/strong><br\/>ad es. ascesso epidurale o meningite in procedure vicine al midollo spinale.<\/li><li><strong style=\"color: #122b49; font-weight: 600;\">Emorragie:<\/strong><br\/>ematomi nel canale spinale che possono comprimere i nervi.<\/li><li><strong style=\"color: #122b49; font-weight: 600;\">Puntura durale involontaria:<\/strong><br\/>porta a forte cefalea post-puntura.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-98db52b e-con e-atomic-element e-div-block-base e-98db52b-78d5588 padding-0 \" data-id=\"98db52b\" data-element_type=\"e-div-block\" data-e-type=\"e-div-block\" data-interaction-id=\"98db52b\" data-e-type=\"e-div-block\" data-id=\"98db52b\">\n    \t\t\t<h4 data-interaction-id=\"c3c1d4d\" class=\"heading-jakarta-20-700 e-c3c1d4d-fa93a79 margin-top-12 e-heading-base\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"c3c1d4d\">L'\u00abinsuccesso\u00bb come punto di informazione<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-028c1e4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"028c1e4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Punto importante nella medicina del dolore: il medico deve informare esplicitamente il paziente che un intervento di medicina del dolore non ha garanzia di successo. Esiste il rischio che il dolore persista nonostante l&#8217;esecuzione tecnicamente perfetta o che in rari casi (ad es. per cronicizzazione o irritazione nervosa) peggiori addirittura. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6ba7bb8 e-con e-atomic-element e-div-block-base e-6ba7bb8-4263a92 padding-0 \" data-id=\"6ba7bb8\" data-element_type=\"e-div-block\" data-e-type=\"e-div-block\" data-interaction-id=\"6ba7bb8\" data-e-type=\"e-div-block\" data-id=\"6ba7bb8\">\n    \t\t\t<h4 data-interaction-id=\"9b65eae\" class=\"heading-jakarta-20-700 e-9b65eae-7e49902 margin-top-12 e-heading-base\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"9b65eae\">Alternative nel contesto multidisciplinare<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-16a7aed elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"16a7aed\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Proprio nella medicina del dolore l&#8217;informazione sulle alternative \u00e8 essenziale. font-weight:600;\">Terapia del dolore multimodale:<\/strong>\n combinazione di fisioterapia, psicoterapia e medicazione.\n  <\/li>\n  <li>\n    <strong style=\"color:#122B49; font-weight:600;\">Adattamenti farmacologici conservativi<\/strong>\n  <\/li>\n  <li>\n    <strong style=\"color:#122B49;
