Our website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias (Geneva), Switzerland.

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited. Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use our website so that we can improve our offering.

8. Google Search Console

We use Google Search Console for technical monitoring and optimisation of our website. No personal user profiles are created in the process.

If you contact us by email or via a contact form, we process the data you provide exclusively to handle your enquiry. The data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent, unless there is a legal obligation to do so.

10. Newsletter

You can subscribe to our newsletter. We use HubSpot to send our newsletter. As part of the subscription process, in particular your name, email address, and the time of subscription are processed. Subscription takes place using the double opt-in procedure.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link or by notifying us. Where enabled, open and click rates may be evaluated in order to improve our newsletter.

11. Members’ Area

We provide a protected members’ area for our members. Login and management of member accounts are handled via HubSpot. In particular, the following data may be processed:

  • Name
  • Contact details
  • Membership status
  • Login information
  • Password (encrypted)
  • Usage information for the members’ area

This data is used exclusively for membership administration and for providing the protected content.

12. Events and Continuing Education

When you register for events or continuing education, we process the personal data required for this purpose. This may include, in particular:

  • Contact details
  • Institution
  • professional information
  • other information provided voluntarily

The data is used exclusively to organise and run the respective event.

To provide and optimise our website, we use, among other things, the following technologies:
